On June 22, 2020 US District Court Judge Anne Conway ruled on an Americans with Disabilities Act case regarding Disney’s reasonable accommodations for an autistic individual. In a disappointing ruling Conway found that Disney did not have to provide reasonable accommodations (10 front-of-line-passes) for Donna Lorman’s adult autistic son. Continue reading

Manhattan Elite Using Accessible Tour Service to Cut Disney Lines
Every now and then I run across a story that just really irks me. Such is the case with the New York Post story about the wealthy Manhattan moms that are using Dream Tours accessible guide services to cut to the front of the lines at Disney parks. And what irritates me the most, is that there’s seemingly nothing technically wrong with it. That said, it just shouldn’t be happening. Continue reading
